Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is known for her stunning and controversial comments on various celebrities. Kangana who showed her acting prowess in Manikarnika-The Queen of Jhansi is now readying for few crazy biopics like Thalaivi, a biopic on former Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa and a biopic on her own. Apart from it, she said she is coming up with a project on par with Baahubali, Padmaavat and Manikarnika.
Speaking to scribes, Kangana insulted Alia Bhatt who is now romancing Ram Charan in Rajamouli’s muliti starrer RRR and also Salman Khan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film. An online poll conducted for best actress found Kangana defeating Alia Bhatt for her performance in Manikarnika compared to Alia’s Gully Boy. She got 37% votes to Alia’s 33%.
Asked for her reaction, Kangana came up with a shocker saying, “I feel embarrassed. What’s there to beat in Gully Boy performance? Spare me this embarrassment please. Media have taken filmy kids love too far. Stop pampering mediocre work or else bar will never be raised.”
Kangana earlier blasted Alia for her age difference vis a vis her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor and also attacked her for skipping her film premiers and her silence on current affairs and political developments.
