Yesteryear actress Sridevi protected her daughters Janhvi and Khushi from the media glare, even though she honed them for the Bollywood debut. During those days, speculation increased about both Janhvi and Khushi's on screen debut.
Sridevi maintained even Janhvi's debut as a secret, saying her daughters’ main focus is on completing education. But even before Janhvi made her debut, Sridevi passed away in a tragic manner.
Janhvi already proved that she is a star in the making with her performance on debut Dhadak and she lined up projects like Thakt, Rooh Afza and biopic on Gunjan Saxena.
Now all eyes are on her sister Khushi Kapoor's entry on screen. Janhvi when asked about her sister's entry on screen said, "She is going to NYFA. Then after she comes back, she will figure what she wants to do." Inside talk is Khushi will be making her debut after completing her course at the New York Film Academy.
Janhvi about her dad Boney Kpoor, who is close to Khushi says, "I'm getting palpitations just thinking about Khushi going to... He just has to think about it and he'll start crying."
About her sibling rivalry, she added, "Only when she steals my clothes, I get pissed. We share our clothes, but we have this thing that if you steal without telling, then it's a thing."
Janhvi added, "At this point, I don't care. She still like... She's very righteous, so she is like, 'You cannot take something without asking.' She feels like she needs to inculcate manners in me. So that's where it's coming from."
