While most of the TDP and YSRCP's MLA and MP contestants have criminal background and are facing allegations for corruption practices, Power Star Pawan Kalyan led Janasena seems to be well balanced with highly intellectuals and educated people as MP and MLA candidates.
According to the reports 46 (29%) contestants are post graduates while 84 contestants (53%) are graduates. Around 8% contestants have civil services backdrop while most others have come from dignified occupations.
BCs were given 33% tickets and Ocs got 48% tickets. SCs and STS got 14% tickets. Interestingly, most of the contestants are youth and middle aged people.
