Kalyan Ram's 118 has hit the screens last Friday, carried decent talk and rave reviews from critics. The film collected Rs.1.44 crores share on day one in AP and Telangamna.
Obviously, a little dip of collections were recorded on day two with Rs.1.06 crores share in Telugu states. But then, strangely the film minted Rs.1.55 crores and Rs.1.53 crores share respectively on day 3 and day 4.
Although day 3 and day 4 were public holidays due to Sunday and Maha Shivarathri, the collections on these days couldn't have surpassed the film's day one BO unless the film is declared an abnormal hit.
But then, 118 film has made 'impossible' turn 'possible'. If the collections were given by 'somebody' and posted by media as it is, then it could be taken lightly as fake. But then 118 surely needs to be glorified for the adoration from public, thanks to racy narrative. Let's hope, more promotions would help take the film to next level.
