Maharshi is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally while the film was produced by Aswini Dutt, Dil Raju and PVP. Pooja Hegde has played Mahesh Babu's romantic interest. Rock Star Devi Sri Prasad composed tunes. The film heads for release on April 25.
