An actor needs to attempt diverse roles at least to please the actor in himself. After one stage, they get monotonous and scope might be shifted to earning.
Yesteryear stars like Sr NTR, Chiranjeevi etc played different roles, including negative roles in various films. But, young heroes of this generation are not daring enough at experimentation limiting themselves to routine mass and commercial entertainers.
Young Tiger NTR is the only hero to play a role with negative shades out of all contemporaries. He was seen as a baddie in Jai Lava Kusa. The film directed by Bobby ended as a flop for investors. NTR played the role of a guy with stammering disability. Due to this disability, Ravana role didn’t look as powerful as expected.
NTR is once again playing antagonist in highly anticipated film RRR that went on floors recently. To be directed by SS Rajamouli, the film features Ram Charan is playing protagonist, wherein NTR will be seen in a role with negative shades.
Thankfully, this role of NTR in RRR will not have any physical defects or disabilities. It will be another Rajamouli mark authoritative role. As is known, Rajamouli is known for elevating negative roles to the fullest. Rana got equivalent recognition to that of Prabhas for his villainy acts in Baahubali. Similarly, NTR is going to stun cine goers with his acting prowess in RRR.
As of now, Rajamouli is keeping all the details regarding the film under wraps. Apparently, we will be informed about NTR and Charan’s characters only after first look teasers to be unveiled later on. Hope, NTR will rectify JLK mistakes in RRR.
