Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna's NTR Kathanayakudu and NTR Mahanayakudu are creating tremors in Telugu cinema at the moment. It is a known news that the film is being made as a biopic of late NTR.
The makers have already announced that the first part NTR-Kathanayakudu would hit screens on 9th of January and the second part will be releasing on January 24. Though Nandamuri fans have gone jubilant with the back to back releases of the two parts, they are worrying about one factor.
Since there is a gap of just two weeks between the releases of both the parts, Balayya's fans smelt a rat if NTR - Kathanayakudu would stay in theatres for just two weeks and the film would be replaced by NTR - Mahanayakudu.
Of course, the change in current scenario acknowledges just two weeks run is enough for any film either to score a hit or a flop. But then, Mega Power Star Ram Charan's Rangasthalam ran for 100 days marathon run without any deficits. Likewise, crazy young hero Vijay Deverakonda's Geetha Govindam ran for 50 days with good collections.
Nandamuri fans wish NTR - Kathanayakudu would also register a long run. However, it appears inevitable NTR - Mahanayakudu would replace NTR - Kathanayakudu. Since Mega Power Star Ram Charan's Vinaya Vidheya Rama and Victory Venkatesh and Mega Prince Varun Tej's F2 would also be in theatres in the same season, the exhibitors of these films may not let NTR - Mahanayakudu to occupy these screens.
"Had NTR film's team maintained the gap of six weeks between the releases of both the parts as in the case of RGV's Raktha Charitra and Raktha Charitra 2, it could have been an apt decision. Yet again, we are hoping everything will go in favour of both the parts," opined a Balayya's fan.
