Rumors spread that Malayalee beauty Keerthy Suresh who mesmerized as legendary actress Savitri in her biopic Mahanati, would be cast as Jayalalithaa. However Keerthy said she has no guts to play the role of Jayalalithaa as her role requires lot of maturity.
This made many wonder how then Keerthy Suresh did the role of legendary actress Savitri. Inside talk is Keerthy is scared of doing Jayalalithaa role as Jayalalithaa was a star politician unlike Savitri and if the biopic is seen in a political angle, then she will be subjected to criticism. So keeping that in mind, Keerthy is not showing interest in donning the role of Amma.
