It is a known news that Janasena chief Power Star Pawan Kalyan pledged Rs.2 crores donation to Kerala flood victims on his behalf and party's behalf. However, Power Star wants this news not to get officially highlighted. As such, no press notes were sent to media houses.
Taking this as an advantage, a few top online media houses are learnt to have been giving false data of donations. Inside sources informed us that those online media agencies are claiming YS Jagan Mohan Reddy created record in donations of Rs.1 crore to Kerala flood victims. Moreover, they are claiming that all the amount announced by YS Jagan was individual. However, Saakshi newspaper officially published that the YS Jagan announced the donations both on behalf and his party's behalf.
Strangely, aforesaid online media agencies mentioned only Megastar Chiranjeevi, Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Upasana's donations from mega family skipping the huge charity exhibited by Power Star.
"This is said convenient twisting of the news for a hidden agenda to favour YS Jagan," alleged Janasena sources. As social media and Whatsapp groups are dominating the fray, there have been no takers to these kind of false reporting of news.
