The Janasena party's vision document received humongous response from all sections of people. It is a known news that Janasena released its vision document today and mentioned that it would just be a replica of its manifesto which would be released prior to elections.
One of the crucial promises made by Janasena in its vision document is that the abolition of 'Contributory Pension Scheme' (CPS). The Old Pension Scheme (OPS) was cancelled by then government in 2004 and got the OPS replaced with CPS.
From then on the employees who had fallen under CPS have been agitating for OPS. Since the government resorts to invest employees savings in share market, employees have been grief-stricken all these days.
In the wake of Jansena inducting CPS abolition as one of its crucial election promises, the teachers union federation FAPTO (Federation of Andhra Pradesh Teachers Organisation) welcomed the decision of Janasena. Furthermore, they demanded other political parties would also disclose their stand on CPS abolition.
