Power Star Pawan Kalyan, chief of Jana Sena, landed in legal soup as he is served summons today. Pawan Kalyan got summons in the defamation suit filed by ABN Andhrayjyothy. It is known that Pawan Kalyan made allegations against ABN Andhrajyothy and other channels on Sri Reddy issue.
ABN Andhrajyothy filed defamation suit for Rs 10crs on Pawan Kalyan for the adverse tweets against the channel. After hearing the case, the Third Additional Chief Judge of the City Civil Courts in Hyderabad directed Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan to appear personally before the court on July 24.
ABN MD Vemuri Radhakrishna filed the defamation suit after Pawan Kalyan didn’t respond to his request of deleting his tweet statements made against the channel.
