Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's cousin Noor Jahan is all set to contest in the upcoming elections in Pakistan where polls will take place from July 25th. It is heard that, Noor Jahan decided to contest the elections from Peshawar.
Though Noor Jahan belongs to Awami National Party, she decided to contest as an independent from PK-77 constituency. Noor Jahan who belongs to Mohallah Shah Wali Qatal in Peshawar already started her campaigning.
She earlier served as a councilor and has been active since the last few years. Speaking to scribes she said “I hope people support me in the same way they support Shah Rukh Khan.”
Noor Jehan has reportedly visited Shah Rukh Khan twice so far and the families have always been in touch. Moreover, during a press event, SRK had revealed how he wishes his kids to see Peshawar.
