Did you remember? A couple of days ago, Telangana CM KCR convened an emergency meeting with police officials to learn the progress of cash for vote scam. Forensic reports disclosed that the recorded voice belonged to none other than AP CM Chandrababu Naidu.
Obviously, non yellow media and opposition parties speculated that AP CM would be arrested at any time. Much to everyone's surprise, Telangana police and KCR have kept mum on the issue. Also, it's going to be the forgotten issue.
In the meanwhile, KCR promised to Telangana employees that he would implement PRC from August 15 and IR (Interim Relief) would be announced on June 2. Even after the deadline for IR announcement is over, there has been no response from KCR.
Internal sources disclosed that Naidu was threatened with the generous heart of KCR towards government employees. Needless to say, KCR's gesture would surely build pressure on CBN to get AP employees salaries hiked. As a matter of fact, CBN is spendthrift for doing deekshas, travelling abroad and spending thousands of crores to pushkaralu. However, he is miser in hiking AP employees salaries, announcing DAs and PRC arrears.
Eventually, CBN is gossiped to have advised KCR not to announce IR and PRC at the earliest. Accordingly, IR announcement is postponed in Telangana. Also, it's being speculated that PRC monetary benefits of Telangana employees will be delayed even though the PR Commission submits its report by August 15.
It is still uncertain whether above gossips are right or not. If at all they are proved right, it'd be a million dollar question why KCR had fallen in Naidu's trap.
