It is known that, Power Star Pawan Kalyan, chief of Jana Sena landed in legal trouble over a morphed video. Couple of weeks ago, Pawan Kalyan launched a blistering attack on media accusing them of tarnishing his image by telecasting a video.
The channel in question, TV9 however maintained that they bleeped the abusive word used by actress Sri Reddy and accused Pawan Kalyan of using the morphed video.
Sri Gundelly Rajesh, c/o Telangana union of working Journalists, filed case for forgery against Pawan Kalyan. Banjara Hills police registered cases on Pawan Kalyan under 469,504,506 of IPC sections as per 367/2018 dated 26.04.2018.
According to the sources, forensic reports confirm that Pawan indeed tweeted a morphed video. Legal experts feel that Pawan will be in serious trouble as he will face 3 years of imprisonment plus heavy fine if convicted under section 469.
