Mahesh to Take Cue from Ram Charan?

Can Bharat Ane Nenu Cross Rangasthalam?

A right stage has been set for Mega Power Star Ram Charan's Rangasthalam to become the new industry hit of Tollywood barring Baahubali series films. We'll be witnessing the releases of Nithiin's Chal Mohan Ranga and Natural Star Nani's Krishnarjuna Yuddham for next two weeks. Though both the films have good chances to become super hits, they have business constraints based on the trade potentiality of the heroes.

Prince Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu is the next big ticket entertainer to hit the marquee. April 20 has been locked for film's release. Now that Rangasthalam is setting new records, Mahesh Babu's fans are hoping BAN would cross the records of Rangasthalam. As such they wish Mahesh to take cue from Ram Charan.

But then, scarcely do we witness two big films release in a short period and scoring industry hits/ biggest blockbusters.

In 1992, Victory Venkatesh's Chanti was released for Sankranthi season and scored an industry hit. On April 9 in the same year, Megastar Chiranjeevi's Gharana Mogudu was released and broke all the collection and run records set by Chanti and stood as an industry hit.

In 2001's Sankranthi, Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna's Narasimha Naidu was released and scored an industry hit. On March 27 in the same year, Power Star Pawan Kalyan's Khushi hit screens and broke all collection records set by Narasimha Naidu.

On July 10, 2015 Rajamouli's Baahubali got released and stood as an industry hit. Mahesh Babu's Srimanthudu was released on August 7 and became an industry hit among non Baahubali films.

And now, it remains to be seen if BAN would surpass Rangasthalam in collections or not. Incidentally, Mega Power Star hoped during Thank You Meet' of Rangasthalam that all the films to be released for this summer would score big hits.
