Power Star Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaatavaasi directed by Trivikram Srinivas which released amidst huge expectations got record openings creating a storm at the box office. But bad talk killed the revenues from day 2.
This alleged freemake of the French thriller Largo Winch is fast turning out into a disaster with the collections nose diving right after the premiers. Analysts and fans started trolling Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram for offering such film.
However analysts say this is not the first freemake of Largo Winch. Yes, Young Tiger NTR's Dammu which released three years back happens to be the first freemake. In Dammu, NTR was raised in a secret manner in a city and he returns to save his family in the village full of action and emotion modified in Boyapati style.
While Largo Winch and Agnyaatavaasi are set in the posh corporate backdrop, Dammu was set in the village backdrop. Largo Winch released in 2008, Dammu in 2011 and Agnyaatavaasi in 2017. One should understand that a film with hit content can also be a flop wherever it is remade without proper understanding.
