Character actor Posani Krishna Murali is known for his frank and outspoken ways. His actions always invite criticism and also sparks anger among various influential sections. Everyone knows how he went hammer and tongs on AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu's son, Minister Lokesh for his comments on Nandi awards. Posani even refused to receive the Nandi awards in his life time.
In the midst of all this Posani trained his guns on media. Posani interacted with the media at the start of the 5K marathon for Drug Free Hyderabad organised jointly by Telangana Drug Control Board and Telangana America Association.
He spoke about the ill affects of smoking and usage of drugs and said disciplined children donot get used to bad habits. He said if Parents lead a peaceful life and stop showing their children the TV serials airing quarreling serials and drugs, there willnot be any bad impact.
When scribes asked for his response on drugs and liquor in the film industry, Posani turned furious and asked, "Why only film industry? Are these not having in your media? Don't media persons drink?"
