Sr NTR is adored by one and all as Vishwa Vikhyata Nata Sarwabhowma. He is hailed as the one who bought recognition to Telugus with his sensational political entry with TDP taking on the mighty Congress led by the then PM Indira Gandhi.
Craze for NTR was so much that during those who ever went to Tirupati for darshan used to visit Chennai only to catch a glimpse of him at his house in Bazullah Road, T Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
NTR bought this house in 1953 and renovated according to his tastes, even set up a office and named it as Nandamuri House. NTR stayed in the house for more many decades till 1980. Now fans of NTR and movie lovers are pained to see a For Sale board hanging infront of this house.
After NTR's demise, no one took care of the 8000 sq ft house and though demands were made to turn the house into a museum, nothing happened. Now Nandamuri family members decided to dispose off the house.
