Telangana Chief Minister KCR turned saviour of Telugu language. He took two crucial decisions on Tuesday which might ameliorate the language predominantly in the process of restoration.
KCR reviewed about World Telugu Conference to be held in Hyderabad soon. Post the meeting, he ordered to implement Telugu as one of the subjects upto Intermediate level from next academic year and which means it is mandatory every student must study Telugu as one of his subjects.
Another crucial decision taken up by KCR is to make every signboard written in Telugu in front of all government and private sector's office buildings and shops.
It has been since a long while Telugu language lovers agitating on the same decisions to be taken up by the government. They might have been elated with the CM's decision. Let's hope, Telugu will rock and gets cherished in new colours in entire Telangana state.
