Here is an unexpected shocker to popular comedy artist Pruthvi from none other than his wife Sree Lakshmi. She filed a case against her husband last year in the family court of Vijayawada.
Sree Lakshmi in her plea alleged that she had been thrown out from house by her husband. And she made it clear that they were living separately. She said they were married in 1984 and were separated in 2016. Hearing the argument of Sree Lakshmi the family court ordered Pruthvi to pay a monthly alimony of Rs.8 lakhs. Since the actor was shot to fame with a couple of super hit movies recently and was earning handsome salary through movies, he was asked to pay such a huge alimony.
Pruthvi, however, is busy shooting for a film in US at the moment and his response on court's orders is awaited. With his fortune, his son came into his rescue. Pruthvi's son complained that his mother was misled by some people which made her filing case against his dad.
Last year too, Sree Lakshmi came before media and complained that her husband was living with another woman and was habituated to alcohol.
Pruthvi is expected to respond on the issue soon after his arrival to India.
