A producer’s job is entirely different from that of any other person connected with a film project. His job is a risky play with huge money at stake and sometimes involves the big currency bought from financiers too. So, a producer can be considered safe only if his film recovers the whole amount invested after its release.
Here is one producer who himself wants his film not to hit the theaters. Yes, this can be a special case of Thandra Ramesh and his Aaradugula Bullet starring Gopichand, Nayanathara directed by B Gopal.
With many release dates announced so far, it is yet to see show foot print in theatres. June 9th was last date announced for Aaradugula Bullet with release theatres list published but failed to come out at last minute.
Main factor attributed to this is producer Thandra Ramesh financial problems.
An NRI financier named Sahadev went to court against Thandra for not repaying 6 Crore finances.
Inside sources reveal that he also owes Trisha some money which runs in Crores along with 8 Crores in pending for PVP. We heard that, Trisha earlier acted in one of Ramesh’s past movies named Samar in Tamil.
With deep neck financial problems, it is understood that Ramesh needs at least 12 Crores to bring Aaradugula Bullet into theatres.
So, whoever is asking Ramesh for money, he is simply telling the same story to pay 12 Crores and take the complete rights of Aaradugula Bullet.
With all these happenings around, only god knows if Aaradugula Bullet will see light or not. In fact, Ramesh has to clear 12 Crores finances if he dares to release film on own, which is an impossible case. Indirectly, Thandra kept money lenders in puzzle by pushing the release on hold.
