Will They Shift AP Capital?

If It Happens, AP's Capital Maybe Changed!

The AP CM Chandrababu Naidu's unilateral decision of selecting Amaravati as the state's capital emanated huge discussions and debates. The geologists and meteorologists warned the government that the area was prone to natural calamities like cyclones and earthquakes. Yet, an adamant CM turned deaf ear to their cautions.

And now, some of the observers are worrying about that Amaravati might become a failure city like Naypyidaw of Myanmar. Initially, the city was dreamed to be having wide roads, restaurants with Wi-Fi offers, huge golf courts, amusements parks vice versa. However, the city now has a little population and is considered to be a failure city.

The reason for failure is not because it is physically inhabitable but because the metropolis has failed to attract people, leaving it empty. Currently, observers are also getting embarrassed if Amaravati would turn out another Naypyidaw. They are of the opinion that caste and land grabbing factors prompted Amaravati to be chosen AP's capital.

Yet, many well wishers of Amaravati are anticipating that the city would get development by 2019. "If not, it can't be denied the new government might shift capital to any other place," opined a political analyst.
