Brobdingnagian success of Dangal at China box office made the film getting another historical achievement in Indian film history. According to Forbes magazine's latest list, Aamir Khan's Dagnal stood at 5th position among all time top grossing non-English films.
Until now, we've been speaking about non-Baahubali records. But then, Dangal takes the scale to unimaginable heights with astonishing numbers recorded at box office. As of now, the film amassed $300 million at global level and occupied 5th position among non-English films.
"The Mermaid (China): USD553 million, The Intouchables (France): USD427 million, Monster Hunt (China): USD386 million and Your Name (Japan): USD354 million were in top four slots right now. In its full run, Dangal is likely to surpass the collections of Japanese film Your Name and would settled down at 4th position.
Dangal has so far minted Rs.1960 crores in Indian currency and is racing ahead to breach the milestone of Rs.2000 crores.
