Legendary director of Tollywood, Darshakaratna Dasari Narayana Rao's last rites will be performed today at Dasari's farmhouse at Moinabad, where his wife Padma was cremated. Many big personalities of Tollywood and politicians will be attending to pay their homage to the ace filmmaker.
In the meanwhile, the Telangana cinematography minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav announced that Dasari's last rites would be performed with all the state honours. On the other hand, as a tribute to the director, the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce has decided to cancel the shootings today. All the theaters in Telugu states will remain be closed today.
