Mega heroes are considered to be safe bets at Box Office to lay golden eggs for producers and buyers. Situations have changed in last few years when one producer Nallamalupu Bujji suffered back to back blows when played a risky game on Mega young heroes Varun Tej and Sai Dharam Tej.
Yes, we are speaking about three films bankrolled by Bujji in association with Tagore Madhu on Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Productions and three of them are declared washouts. Beginning with Varun Tej debut flick Mukunda in 2014 followed by two films Sai Dharam Tej Winner and Varun Tej Mister, none of these three films proved profitable for producers.
Off the records, cumulative loss from these three Mega projects is said to be approximately Rs.35 Crores which means a lot. Whatsoever, Bujji is trying to recover from this situation with Raviteja’s Touch Chesi Choodu co-produced by Vallabhaneni Vamsy.
