King Nagarjuna's devotional entertainer 'Om Namo Venkatesaya' was released recently and was acclaimed by the critics. And the audience too, who watched the film, felt they had watched a nice devotional movie.
Sadly, the result of 'ONV' was not in favour of the makers. The film received lukewarm response minting below par collections. Observers reckon that such a negative result for the film appears mysterious. According to them the movie has all good elements like devotion, melodious songs, superb direction and right star cast.
Apparently, 'ONV' gets an interesting credit. There are a few number of films which are well made but fail to spin money at the box office. And 'ONV' stands at top among them. Seeing the result of the movie, Nagarjuna's shouldn't stop doing devotional movies. He is the only hero in Tollywood, to do such movies and should keep working on these genres.
