Hindu families in India traditionally follow a set of rules. When it comes to weddings at home, elder brothers or sisters get married first before younger ones find their counterparts. Although, there are a set of amendments made to this rule with the advent of modern generation but those families who still respect the customs try to maintain the decorum.
Akkineni family seems to be breaking this traditional ordinance. His statement yesterday while speaking to media on his sons marriages raised a few eyebrows. Naga Chaitanya is actually the elder son in family and Akhil is younger on with long age gap between them. As per the standard and established norms, Chaitu should get hitched first before Akhil. However, Nag confirmed December 9 as the engagement date for Akhil, Shriya Bhupal while marriage will be held sometime in next year. Coming to Chaitu, there wasn’t any clarity in Nag’s decision because he hasn’t got any date to reveal.
According to Nagarjuna’s information, probability of Akhil’s wedding to be happening first than Chaitu is high. It would be a surprise if Chaitu confirms his marriage date with Samanta within this year.
