Akhil, himself, confirmed a couple of days before that he would be working with Hanu Raghavapudi for his second venture. Leaving a shocker to everyone, Hanu walked out of the project and is all set to team up with hero Nithiin. 14 Reels will produce the film.
It's now being buzzed that Vikram Kumar, who earlier directed Akkineni multi-starrer 'Manam', would helm Akhil's second film. Vikram Kumar was supposed to work with Stylish Star Allu Arjun. As the star's new film has been confirmed in Harish Shankar's direction, Vikram Kumar will get enough time to direct a film in this gap with another hero.
If Akhil and Vikram Kumar's film gets confirmed the movie will soon go on sets. Incidentally, Akhil made his debut with a cameo role in 'Manam' in Vikram Kumar's direction. Akhil and Vikram's new film is also hoped to be a big hit.
