Young Tiger NTR's 'Janatha Garage' faces hostile atmosphere for its release. The movie was initially planned for release on August 12, but was later put off to September 2 due to the delay in the completion of its regular shoot.
The production team, however, was nonplussed with the ongoing political happenings at center level. The left parties and trade unions called for one day nation-wide Bharat Bandh on September 2, the scheduled release date of 'Janatha Garage'. The bandh call was given to protest against the trade reforms imposed by the NDA government.
Sources inform, the impact of bandh call will be more in Southern states like AP, Kerala etc. for various reasons. If at all, 'Janatha Garage' is released on September 2 itself, the impact of Bharat bandh will fall on the openings of 'Janatha Garage'. The makers are now thinking about preponing or postponing the movie by a day. Most probably, they would prefer September 1, as the movie can avail the benefit of long weekend. Official announcement may be made on August 12, on the occasion of audio launch of the film.
