Some of the filmmakers are of strong notion that revealing fake collections is one of the best strategies to pull audience into theaters. It is a known fact that a couple of filmmakers in Tollywood prefer disclosing fake numbers. Observers say, some of the heroes are desperately in need of gaining super stardom and so they encourage producers announcing fake numbers.
However, Tollywood producers are far better comparing with the Tamil filmmakers in connection with the announcement of movies' collections. In most of the cases, one can witness bloated collections being announced by the producers to ensure their films run well in all the versions in all areas.
As we know, 'Kabali' producer said his film collected Rs.250 crores on the first day of its run. But then, there were no takers for the number disclosed by him, as it appear too big to be trusted. In fact the movie collected Rs.50+ crores share on the first day of its run. At this juncture, movie lovers are requesting all the Tamil and Telugu filmmakers to reveal only genuine collections of movies. But will they pay heed of them? A Herculean task indeed!!
