Nagarjuna in Oopiri Hindi Remake!?

Karan Johar Bags Oopiri Hindi Remake Rights

Yesterday evening we discussed and suggested about right time for PVP Cinema go ahead to Bollywood with ‘Oopiri’ Hindi remake. Here comes the fresh update from Mumbai sources that top filmmaker Karan Johar negotiated with Prasad V Potluri on bagging the Hindi remake rights and PVP sold the same at a fancy price. Both Nagarjuna and PVP had the idea of taking ‘Oopiri’ to North Indian audience.

Given the standing ovation from Telugu and Tamil audience, immediately Karan Johar rang up Prasad V Potluri and purchased the remake rights. We do know that ‘Oopiri’ by itself is a remake of French film ‘The Intouchables.’

‘I am really happy to see Karan Johar bagging the Hindi remake rights. I still need some more time to know whether I would I be in the Hindi film or not because I too don’t know. Karan Johar will take the final decision. I am contented for being a crucial part of Telugu and Tamil versions,’ Nagarjuna reportedly said.
