King Nagarjuna's 'Captain Nagarjuna', released in 1986, had Nagarjuna's name in the title of the movie. The movie was a huge flop then. And now, Nagarjuna's younger son 'Akhil's debut movie has been titled 'Akhil', which also reflects the actual name of Akhil.
Now that 'Akhil' is all set for a huge release on October 21 as a Dussehra gift, Akhil is expected to make his 'Akhil' film a super hit to prove he would pass with the title that is also his name, unlike his dad's 'Captain Nagarjuna'.
'Akhil' is starred by Sayesha Saigal in female lead role. Thaman and and Anup Rubens have composed the tune of the movie while Manisharma has composed background score. Ace director VV Vinayak has directed the movie. Nithiin has produced the movie on Shresht Movies.
