Touted to be an authentic war epic that has the world war 2 backdrop happened in the period between 1939 and 1945, Mega Prince Varun Tej's 'Kanche' was lavishly made. The director of the movie Krish, himself, revealed to a leading English daily that the makers spent a whopping sum of Rs.21 crores on this highly expected project.
Well, the director humbly admitted Rajamoli's 'Baahubali' opened huge doors not only for his film but also for all period films. " The courage of of filmmakers increased by leaps and bounds because we've all become more daring and ambitiouis," the director added.
Krish also heaped praises on Varun Tej. " Varun is a handsome, well-built man. He fits the bill as a soldier while his chirpiness paves way for him a college student roles," the director praised.
