It was widely rumoured that top producer Dil Raju had acquired the rights of Bollyywood's blockbuster film 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' to remake it with Power Star Pawan Kalyan as the hero. The movie was also supposed to be directed by 'Gabbar Singh's director Harish Shankar.
However, Dil Raju, in his recent interaction with media, made it clear that he had not bought the rights of the movie. With his revelation, the speculations on Pawan Kalyan doing 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' have been ended. Dil Raju is currently, producing 'Subrahmanyam for Sale' with Mega Supreme Star Sai Dharam Tej as the hero.
On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan is busy participating the shoot of his ongoing film 'Sardaar'. KS Ravindra is directing this movie. Sharat Marar is producing the movie on North Star Entertainment. Devi Sri Prasd scores the music of the movie. The movie is being planned for release during Sankranthi season of 2016.
