Looks like AP CM N Chadnrababu Naidu is likely to get Nandi Award for his best performance in Godavari Pushkaralu's International Documentary. According to the reports, CBN's Godavari Pushkarlu's inauguration puja ceremony was directed by none other than Tollywood's top director Boyapati Srinu.
Boyapati Srinu revealed several facts on his direction of Godavari Pushkaralu's inauguration to a TV channel. " I, myself asked Nitya Haarathi of Godavari, should be done by seven priests under huge umbrellas, which were actually brought from Guntur district as I directed the organizers to do the same. I was there to direct the short film when CBN was offering prayers during the inauguration ceremony," admitted Boyapati.
The AP government is reported to have spent a sum of Rs.64 lakhs on this documentary and tied up with 'National Geographic Channel', to ensure the documentary be telecasted at international level. All in all, CBN has great chances to win Nandi best actor for this documentary, as it seems. But who are there to care for those pilgrims who lost their lives at pushkara ghat, at inauguration ceremony, because of the government' publicity mania?
