Nara Rohit's 'Asura' was released on June 5 and received positive reports from the critics. At the box office front the movie is reported to have collected a share of Rs.2.50+ crores for AP and Telangana areas. The movie did Rs.3 crores pre release business. The film is likely to stand as an average grosser at the box office.
'Asura' was directed by Krishna Vijay and was produced by Shyam, Krishna Vijay and Nara Rohit jointly. Priya Banerji has done opposite to Nara Rohit in the movie. Sai Karthik has provided the music. Nara Rohit has a handful of projects at the moment. 'Pandagala Vachchadu', 'Appatlo Okadundevadu' and Kumar Nagenra's untitled projects are currently on sets.
