That Media's War on Aa Naluguru Justified?

One of the media head's news channels and a newspaper have raised a revolt against four top producers in the industry. Since those producers have collectively taken a decision of giving ads to only two channels that have high TRP ratings, the channel with lowest TRP ratings has put forth a rebellion against the top producers of industry. As part of cost cutting measures, the producers have reportedly taken this controversial decision.

WHAT THE CHANNEL AND NEWSPAPER ARE DOING?: The newspaper and channel have started spilling venom on big heroes and big producers of the industry. It says 80% of theaters have been in the clutches of big producers and that's why small filmmakers are suffering. The channel has also taken a dig at young top heroes.

IS CHANNEL'S VERSION RIGHT?: Certainly not! If it so, not only the channel, but also all other channels and newspapers with low TRP ratings and less circulation, should raise a rebellion against Tollywood's bigwigs. Apparently, the channel goes on blackmailing techniques to threaten big filmmakers.

WHAT IF THEATERS WERE NOT TAKEN TO LEASE BY BIG FILMMAKERS?: A couple of years ago, when big filmmakers had not taken maximum theaters for lease across AP and Telangana, hundreds of theaters were shut down. Since the heirs of the theater owners had no passion on running movies, they modified their theaters as function halls and shopping malls. The number of theaters reduced from 3000 to 1800. Had top producers not taken hundreds of theaters for lease, we would have just 500 or 600 theaters across AP and Telangana and Tollywood would have become an unrecognized industry like Marathi, Bengali etc.

CHANNEL'S CRITICISM ON BIG HEROES RIGHT?: The channel has made some awkward comments against big heroes. Unless people like to watch the young top heroes' movies, they will not spent Rs.500 per family. No audience wishes to lose his money on heroes with zero talents. In fact, these talented young heroes have crores of fans.

IS THE CHANNELS' HEAD A PATIT?: Twenty years ago, the channel's head reportedly worked as an editor and a journalist in one of the leading cine magazines. It was then gossiped that he was indulged giving away superstar award to a top hero with some unjustifiable measures.

WHAT SHOULD FILMMAKERS DO?: They better give ads to other media quoting a very low price.
