It is a known news that Movie Artists' Association's(MAA) existing president Murali Mohan made many allegations on Nata Kireeti Rajendra Prasad's panel in a press meet conducted yesterday. On the other hand, actor Uththej of RP's panel has shocked the team by opting out of the panel. In response to all the ongoing happenings and to prove their determination to serve for the welfare of the artists, RP's panel has arranged a press meet today.
Mega brother Nagababu, who supports RP's presidential candidature attended the press meet. " Irrespective of the results I will be supporting Rajendra Prasad till the end of elections. While I was working as a president of MAA, as many as 38 artists received pensions. Right now, only one artist is getting pension. Membership fee to join MAA is Rs.1 lakh and imagine how could a new artist pay that huge amount to join the association," said Nagababu.
Addressing the news reporters, Rajendra Prasad said, " If I am elected the president of MAA, I will put a corpus fund of Rs.5 crores with the support of my friends and fans who hail across the world. Every eligible artist will get pensions. A huge building will be constructed for MAA. There is a super power behind Jayasudha and that says it would do favour to artists by making negotiations at Delhi level. If problem lies here, what can he do at Delhi level? You may have real estate business and properties, nothing will come along with you."
