Having seen numerous film events in Shilpakala Vedika and recent public functions of 'Rudhramadevi' in Vizag and Warangal, some of the movie analysts have made an analysis on both the events. A brief report on their comparisons is as follows.
SHILPAKALA VEDIKA FUNCTIONS: This is customary for superstars movie functions their fans throng to the functions and celebrate themselves to the core. Of late, only a particular hero's fans from a top family have decided to show their dominance through gathering a large group/groups consisting 100 to 200 for every group and are getting entry passes authoritatively. Whoever, the guests grace the occasion feel the hero has an ultimate craze and others are just nothing in his family. PUBLIC FUNCTIONS: Perhaps, public functions are the best arenas showing the craze of a hero. Here no group domination is seen. No entry passes are required. Anyone from 6 to 60 years can attend the functions from all sections of audiences. Since no disturbances are intentionally made by the groups, the function gets grand success and heroes, other artists and technicians get desired results. However, the police should take all the necessary precautions to control the audiences.
BOTTOM-LINE: Though risk factors and lots of burdens are to be born by the makers, public functions are always better and preferable to the functions held in theaters and banquet halls.
