Budget Less, Profits More!

Tollywood witnessed good number of hit films this year, which actually made with a shoestring budget. Given below are the details of the movies made with low budget and earned more profits. 

* Akkinenis multi-starrer 'Manam' has been made with a budget of Rs.20+ crores. The movie earns the theatrical share of Rs.37 crores. On a whole, the movie is expected to do the business of Rs.45+ crores including satellite and other rights.

* Victory Venkatesh's 'Drishyam' was made with just Rs.8 crores( excluding artists remunerations). The movie is likely to earn the theatrical share of Rs.20 crores in its full run. On a whole, the movie may do around Rs.30 crores business.

* Allu Sirish's 'Kotha Janta' was made with a budget of Rs.6 crores. The movie has done an overall business of Rs.10 crores including all rights. 

* Sampoornesh Babu's 'Hrudayakaleyam' was made with a budget of Rs.1 crore. The movie raked in Rs.2 crores in its full run.

* And finally, 'Ice Cream' earned great profits, according to Ram Gopal Varma. The makers have invested Rs.2.2 lakhs for the movie. According to the makers the movie collected Rs.82 lakhs.
