This makes the difference between the administrations of representatives elected by the people and the governor. If any government elected by people rules the state or the center, people can agitate against their sufferings. Their demands get solved through their protests. But in governor's rule there is not that much opportunity for the people to agitate on any issue.
Currently, AP people are facing power cut problems very severely. Maybe, this is an all time high of power cuts in the state. On the other hand, none of the demands expressed by the state government employees, has been solved by the governor so far. What if the congress government roped in any politician as the new CM in continuation of former CM Kiran Kumar Reddy and goes for elections? Definitely, we might not have faced power cuts problem as the CM worries about agitations from the people before the elections.
