As of now, the result of Ramcharan’s entry into Bollywood with ‘Zanjeer’ is declared as disappointing. While Fans have expected a lot from ‘Toofan’ and ‘Zanjeer,’ none of the two versions could make them feel proud because of atrocious direction from Apoorva Lakhia. However, there is plenty of time more for Charan to wage second battle on Bollywood because it has been a long time Mega Power Star is due for a quality product even in Tollywood.
Post ‘Magadheera,’ all the movies which Charan acted were mere commercial pot boilers with regular storylines and minimal innovativeness. So, it is time for Cherry to satisfy the critics and analysts first before taking it seriously on Bollywood. If at all, Mega Power Star has to plan a new strategy then it has to be Tollywood first and Bollywood later next. Currently, the only film for which Mega Fans are waiting is ‘Yevadu.’ Hope that, combo of Dil Raju, Charan, Vamsy will do the magic to be followed by Krishna Vamsi project.
