Apparently, the first half of June has brought laurels among the exhibitors and the buyers who bought the movies 'Iddarammayilatho' and 'Prema Katha Chitram'. Stylish Star Allu Arjun's 'Iddarammayilatho' was released on 31st May with mixed reports. However, thereafter, the cash registers have been ringing with very good collections. As per the reports, the movie collected a share of around Rs.24 crores for 10 days in AP alone. By the end of second week of its run, the movie will have break even in many centers across the state.
On the other side, hero Sudheer Babu's 'Prema Katha Chitram' was released on 7th June with super hit talk on its very first day. Having been made with a shoestring budget of Rs.2 crores, the movie may be raked in more than Rs 5 crores share soon. On a whole, the first half of June is delighting for trade. What about the second half? Let's wish the same scenario will be repeated with new releases.
