Eversince the mistake of approving 'Damarukam' and 'Autonagar Surya' to RR Movie Makers has misfired with almost shelving of the latter, Nagarjuna wanted to be more cautious about Chaitu. At this juncture, Kamakshi Banners picking 'Damarukam' director Srinivas Reddy for the remake of 'Hello Brother' for Chaitu is a decision which wasn't easily digested by Fans.
Inner sources are murmuring that, Nag has completely curtailed the freedom of Srinivas Reddy in budget issues and the director is simply constrained for creative mass elements to be incorporated into final script work. Till now, Nag has not yet taken a decision in fixing the heroines or music director and Srinivas Reddy may not have to say anything on this until the script comes out with complete satisfaction.
