Although, he was very late (by age) to achieve the needed success yet the shades of ageing are sharpy visible in his facial features and skin complexion.
While SS Rajamouli and Veerabhadram have taken enough care in 'Maryada Ramanna' and 'Poola Ranagdu' to overcome these drawbacks, the weak direction of Devi Prasad for 'Mr. Pellikoduku' has exposed the loopholes in Sunil. In fact, with this one film....many have started to question on what Sunil actually wants to be? Will he settle as a Comedy Hero or Family Star or Action Hero? Without a proper goal is set, just the show of dedication will help Sunil only to reach nowhere.
