As reported earlier, Mahesh Babu’s super hit Telugu flick ‘Dookudu’ is flowing to Malayalam land with a dubbed version following the trend and market created by Allu Arjun for Telugu movies in Kerala. Trade sources from Mollywood are saying that, Mahesh Babu is also a known face here but BO wise; he does not possess any big commercial stamina like Allu Arjun who developed a market of his own very gradually.
Samanta could be the main face to sell this product in Kerala. She has good reputation there and Sam is in fact born to Malayali and Telugu parents. So, this may prove her little lucky and Mahesh can start finding an edge to gain some ground in God’s Own Country. However, non stop entertainment which was the basic formula behind ‘Dookudu’ success in Telugu might work the same with Mallu audience too.
