Off late Hollywood's yesteryear classic, 'Indiana Jones' a jungle, treasure hunt adventure has been in the news. Initially, much awaited film, Mahesh and Rajamouli's movie is announced to be on the lines of Indiana Jones. Now, another Bollywood biggies is coming in the same genre. Ajay Devgn is set to star in an upcoming action-adventure film inspired by Indiana Jones, produced by Luv Ranjan and directed by Jagan Shakti.
The big-budget production, currently in script development, will feature Devgn as an adventurer on a quest to find an ancient relic in the Indian jungles. The film will incorporate historical elements, folklore, and mythology, with heavy visual effects and high-energy action sequences.
The project aims to appeal to a younger audience, with Devgn expected to sport a rugged appearance, complete with a leather jacket and backpack. The film is slated to begin production by December 2024, following the completion of Devgn's work on Son of Sardar 2 and De De Pyaar De 2.
Ajay Devgn is excited about the upcoming project, which will be his next venture after completing his work on Singham Again, directed by Rohit Shetty. The actor has a packed pipeline, with projects like Drishyam 3, Raid 2, Dhamaal 4, and Golmaal 5 in the works.
