Salaar 2 to go to sets from this date ? Following the commercial triumph of "Kalki 2898 AD," Prabhas is set to dive into another franchise, this time reprising his role in the highly anticipated sequel to "Salaar", titled "Salaar Part 2: Shouryaanga Parvam". Filming for the sequel is slated to commence on August 10th.
The first installment, "Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire", was a box office sensation, grossing over Rs 700 crore worldwide. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the film also featured Prithviraj Sukumaran in a prominent role.
A source revealed that Neel has already filmed 20% of the sequel, with Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The production has a standing set at Ramoji Film City, which will serve as the backdrop for the initial shooting schedule of "Salaar Part 2".
