Popular production house Mythri Movie Makers has bee instrumental in producing several biggies that keep Tollywood busy these days. They even ventured into distribution business and releasing other films too. Offlate, they have been eyeing to foray into other languages. They have started a couple of Malayalam projects too. Mythri tried to make a mega multi starrer with Prabhas, Hrithik in Siddhart Anand's direction. But, that project didn't got materialised.
Recently, Mythri Movie Makers announced a film in the combination of Ravi Teja and Director Gopichand Malineni. They even announced cast and crew for the film and kick started with a ceremony. But, rumours are rife that they are in second thoughts as the budget of the project isn't feasible with Ravi Teja and it needed much bigger star with huge market.
This made them stall the project, #RT4GM as per reports. Team too didn't condemned these reports adding more fuel to them. Now, as per latest update Mythri has reportedly got the nod from Kollywood Star Hero, Ajith Kumar. Reports suggest that they have shifted Ravi Teja's project to Ajith with Gopichand Malineni as Director.
If this news turn out to be true, it will be a jackpot for Gopichand Malineni. Directing a big star like Ajith for his Tamil debut is surely a huge opportunity for him. But, Mythri Movie Makers has already okayed a project with Ajith in Adhik Ravichandran 's direction. It seems they have put this project in back burner and will officially launch Ajith, Gopichand Malineni's project soon.
