Thaman has become a regular to Nandamuri Balakrishna's films with hat-trick successes Akhanda, Veera Simha Reddy and recently Bhagavanth Kesari. Boyapati is close confidante to NBK whose combination scored only Superhits so far. The trio worked for Blockbuster Akanda too. Now there is a war of words is going on between Boyapati Sreenu and Thaman.
During the promotions of Skanda, Boyapati was asked about Thaman's contribution to the success of Akhanda. Boyapati replied that even without any background score, Akhanda will still give goosebumps to the audience. He also said Thaman added more value to it with his BGM. Irked by his comments, Thaman posted 'I Don't Care' in his Twitter.
Now, during the success meet of Bhagavanth Kesari, Thaman once again made strong comments. He said, We don't spoil good scene. We even try to elevate it further with our BGM. If the scene doesn't have basic emotion, it won't work whatever you do. It's like dead on arrival. No one can do it anything to such films. Directors need to deliver the content.
These comments made by Thaman seems to aim at Boyapati for his Skanda failure. Thaman has scored music for Skanda. Earlier, during the success celebrations of Nandamuri Balakrishna's Legend directed by Boyapati heade similar comments about Devi Sri Prasad. Boyapati commented that he has extracted music from DSP. Irked DSP immediately took the Mic and said I am not a cow to extract milk. I have my own ideas and implemented them for this film. That's how Boyapati creates issues with overenthusiastic talk.
